Finding Out

My life is crazy right now! I have only been married for a little under four months and I just found out I am pregnant!!!! Oh my goodness!!! Andrew and I knew that we were not going to wait a long time before starting a family but we didn't think it would be this fast. LOL Since I am now over the shock of the idea I decided to start a blog; for a couple of reasons. One, I am not good at keeping a journal because my handwriting sucks and my hand cramps, two I thought it would be cool to one day show this to my kid. You know, once they can actually understand what the heck is going on. Anyway here goes.....

FINDING OUT......

Four score and....I'm just kidding.... =) For about a month I had been having some trouble in my body and I missed my period. I took pregnancy tests and took pregnancy tests. Then all of the sudden I find out I have a really bad bladder infection. Ok, now I kind of have a reason as to why I haven't started my period. But after my bladder infection went away I never did start. So I went and got a blood test. I thought that maybe the tests I had been taking were wrong. Well, it was negative. I really started to worry then because it is not normal for me to be three weeks late on my period. Well, another two weeks goes by and on October 29th I decided to take another test. I sat there thinking that it wasn't going to be positive, but when I looked at it there was the vertical line that was so light you could barely see it. I moved the test around thinking that it might be a shadow. When I realized it wasn't I called for my husband; kind of like this..... andrew......Andrew.....ANDrew.....ANDREW!!!!!!! He was a little aggravated cause he was asleep (laughing looking back) but finally got up and came in the room. I looked up at him, trembling, and said...."I think I'm pregnant...." He said I wasn't so I held the test up and he still didn't want to believe it. 

Right about then my sister called cause we had plans to go get our nails done and I was freaking out. She finally got me calm enough to the point I said "I'm pregnant!" and she almost immediately handed the phone to my mother.....if you were there this is the comical point of the morning . So my mother trying to remain calm told me to take another test. Well, this was inconvenient since I had just taken my last test!!! So I went and got my nails done with Lauren, went to the store, picked up another test, went straight home, and went straight to the bathroom....this one was even clearer!!!! So yep.....I'm pregnant. 

We tried to keep it a secret but after we told our parents our friends noticed we were acting weird and kind of guessed since my best friend knew I was like five weeks late. So it was out....lol 

The next morning Andrew got up, woke me up and said "Take another test!" LOL So I did....no change!!!! WE ARE PREGNANT!!!! OMG!!!!!

I have been to the doctor and I am about five weeks pregnant.
